Broadway Bubble Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Broadway Bubble Laundromat. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

Services Provided

We provide laundromat services, including self-service machines, drop-off services, and pickup and delivery services. The availability of services may vary, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

Self-Service Laundry

Customers are responsible for operating machines per posted instructions and must use our equipment and facilities responsibly. Any misuse, damage, or vandalism will result in liability for repair or replacement costs. Misuse of machines may result in damage to clothing or equipment. The Broadway Bubble is not responsible for damages resulting from user error. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items left unattended.

Please do not overload machines.

Customers must remove laundry promptly to avoid removal or handling by others. Items left unattended may be moved at management’s discretion after 2 hours.

An adult must supervise children under the age of 12 at all times.

As defined by law, pets are not allowed inside the premises except for service animals.

Drop-Off Wash & Fold Service

Items must be separated (e.g., regular, delicate, dry clean) and free of hazardous materials (e.g., flammable substances, sharp items).

Customers must inform us of special handling instructions. We are not responsible for damage to items not clearly labeled or separated.

Turnaround time is typically 2-4 hours, but may vary.

Payment is due upon drop-off or pickup, based on pricing by weight or load.

Items not picked up within 30 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of.

Pickup and Delivery Service

Pickup and delivery times are based on availability and subject to delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen issues and may be scheduled through the website, app, or by phone.

Customers must ensure that laundry is securely bagged and placed in the designated pickup location.

Missed pickups or deliveries due to customer unavailability may result in a re-delivery fee.

Recurring service customers may pause or cancel service with 4-hour notice.

Lost or Stolen Items

The Broadway Bubble is not liable for items left unattended by customers or left in the facility beyond 24 hours. For drop-off or pickup/delivery services, all claims for missing items must be made within 24 hours of return. Proof of purchase or inventory lists may be requested. Items deemed lost after a thorough investigation will be compensated at our discretion, not exceeding $50 per order or the depreciated value of the item.

Damaged Items

We exercise great care in handling your garments; however, we are not responsible for:

  • Items with manufacturer defects
  • Items with unmarked stains, existing damage, or weak fabric
  • Shrinkage or color bleeding from improperly labeled garments

Any damage claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the items. Claims must include photos and receipts if available. Compensation for damages, if granted, will not exceed $50 per order or the depreciated value of the item.

Prohibited Items

Customers may not place the following in any washer, dryer, or drop-off bag:

  • Bed bugs-infested items
  • Items contaminated by biohazards, mold, or bodily fluids
  • Heavy rugs, rubber-backed items, or excessive grease-covered garments (unless specifically authorized)

Violation of this policy may result in the refusal of service.

Right to Refuse Service

The Broadway Bubble reserves the right to refuse service to any customer for:

  • Verbal abuse or inappropriate behavior
  • Repeated non-payment
  • Submission of contaminated or hazardous items
  • Violations of posted rules or terms

Payment for services is due at the time of use. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as displayed on-site or online. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and may change without notice.

Refund Policy: Refunds may be issued for equipment malfunctions or other verified service issues. Please report issues to our staff or contact us within 24 hours. Refunds will not be issued for user error or failure to follow posted instructions.

We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from the use of our services unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Prohibited Activities Customers may not: Use our facilities for unlawful purposes. Bring hazardous, flammable, or inappropriate materials into the laundromat. Engage in disruptive, abusive, or threatening behavior.

We value your privacy. Customer information collected via our website, forms, or in-person is never sold or shared with third parties, except for necessary processing (e.g., payment or delivery). Our online systems are secured and monitored.

Amendments We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Ulster County, NY.
